Since Write2Know launched in March 2015, several community-based groups have contacted us with concerns about the government’s role in protecting environmental and community health through monitoring and intervention. They want to write letters to inquiry about the results of environmental monitoring of such toxins as leftover uranium mining waste, leaking industrial oil tanks, and high lead levels.
